The Driver Manual Course:
For all adults (ages 18 years and older) who have failed the learner’s permit test at the DMV three times.
Exclusively available to minors (ages 17 and under) who must meet both of the following criteria:
1. Minor has proof of successfully completing the classroom portion of a state-approved driver education program (30–36 hours), and
2. Minor has failed the DMV learner’s permit test three times.
*Documentation of prior classroom completion must be provided by minors who attend the Driver Manual course. If proof is not available, the minor is eligible for our driver education classroom course. This Reexamination course counts as driver education classroom for minors and Re-Examination for minors who have failed the learner’s permit test three times. Cost will vary based on the course.
